1. Acceptance
By registering an account at Godz (godz.to) you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our responsible play rules. If you do not accept any part of them, do not register.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), legally permitted to gamble where you live, and not on any self-exclusion register that covers godz.to. Residents of restricted territories may not register. The current restricted list is published in the cashier before deposit.
3. One Account Rule
One natural person, one household, one device and one payment instrument may hold only one Godz account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonus-derived winnings forfeited. Real-money deposits will be returned to source.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Godz deposits are credited instantly. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for ewallets and crypto, within 1-3 business days for cards. Minimum deposit €10. Minimum withdrawal €20. Godz may request KYC documents at any time and will hold withdrawals until verification is complete. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Revolut, MiFinity, Jeton, Flexepin, Interac, Sofort and 11 cryptocurrencies.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
Every Godz promotion has its own terms linked from the offer card. General rules: wagering applies to the bonus amount, max bet while a bonus is active is €5, slot contribution 100%, live dealer 10%, sportsbook 0%. Bonus abuse (multi-accounting, low-risk patterns, hedge betting) voids the bonus and winnings derived from it. The welcome package is one per household.
6. Sports Betting Rules
Godz sports markets settle on the official result of the relevant governing body. Voided matches return stake. Cash-out is offered at our discretion and may be paused on volatile markets. Limits are set per market and may be reduced for accounts that consistently win - this is a standard industry practice and is published in the sportsbook rules.
7. Account Closure
You can close your Godz account at any time from the account page or by emailing [email protected]. We may close accounts that breach these terms, attempt fraud, or that remain dormant for 24 months. Any remaining real-money balance at closure is returned to source.
8. Licence and Dispute Resolution
Godz operates under an international gaming licence. Complaints that we cannot resolve at first line escalate to a Player Advocate within 48 hours, and from there to our licensing authority's ADR scheme.
9. Privacy and Data
How we collect, use and protect player data is set out in our privacy policy. Key points: KYC and financial records are retained for at least five years after account closure to satisfy AML law, marketing data is deleted within 30 days of opt-out, and you can request access, rectification or erasure by emailing [email protected].
